Yes. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your session using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly.
What should I prepare before a session ?
No need to prepare for the initial consultation. Once you book a specific service, you’ll receive a confirmation email and reminder with all the preparation details you’ll need.
Do Services or Packages expire ?
Yes. All services and packages are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Your session must be booked within this period, or it will expire. Please note that purchases are non-refundable.

The styling office is located in Al Bateen, Abu Dhabi , United Arab Emirates. and the full address details and directions will be shared in your booking confirmation email.
Do I need to bring anything with me to the session ?

How long does an in-person session take ?

Online services follow Alshima’s 3-step process:

What platform do you use for online sessions ?
Sessions are conducted via Zoom . You’ll receive the meeting link by email once your appointment is confirmed.

Do online sessions include wardrobe reviews ?
Yes, if your selected service includes it. You can show your wardrobe during the call, and I’ll guide you on what works, what to adjust, and how to style your pieces better.
Is the quality of service the same as in-person ?
Yes! Online sessions are designed to offer the same level of personalization, care, and transformation as in-person services—with the flexibility to join from anywhere.
